Specializing in the development of equipment and processes dedicated to environmental protection systems, we are seeking a production assistant to work in Laguna. **Responsibilities:** * Operate mechanical lathes and milling machines—both conventional and computerized (CNC)—to machine parts and components according to project specifications. * Interpret technical drawings and schematics, ensuring parts are manufactured accurately and within required tolerances. * Adjust tools and machine parameters—such as speed, feed rate, and cutting depth—for lathes and milling machines, based on job requirements. * Perform machining operations including drilling, threading, turning, roughing, and finishing of metallic or other material parts. * Measure and inspect produced parts using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, templates, etc., to ensure compliance with quality requirements and specifications. * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and tools used, keeping them in good working condition and correcting faults when necessary. * Follow occupational safety regulations, using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensuring a safe working environment for oneself and colleagues. * Monitor and control production progress, optimizing part processing time and meeting production targets. **Requirements:** * Completed high school and/or completed technical education (e.g., Mechanical Technician); * Prior experience in the role; * Training in Mechanical Lathe and Milling Operations; * Training in conventional and CNC lathes; * Knowledge of technical drawing and machining. **We offer:** * CAJU meal/food card: R$600.00; * Transportation allowance; * Mobility assistance; * Life insurance; * Daycare assistance; * Day off; * Health plan (monthly premium covered by the company); * Dental plan; * Pharmacy benefits; * Attendance bonus: R$150.00; * Various celebrations: birthdays, themed months, internal marketing initiatives.
