About the Position: YELLOW-LINE MACHINERY MECHANIC
This professional will:
* Open and close maintenance work orders in the maintenance management system, recording anomalies appropriately;
* Send parts to suppliers for adjustments, ensuring required quality standards;
* Dispose of parts, components, fluids, and lubricants in accordance with environmental regulations;
* Interpret equipment manual recommendations whenever necessary;
* Participate in all Occupational Health and Safety initiatives within their area;
* Record parameters for asset condition monitoring in maintenance work orders within the management system;
* Interpret technical drawings to understand component functionality within their assembly context;
* Install and repair transmission and final drive systems;
* Perform maintenance on air conditioning systems;
* Refuel and lubricate machinery and equipment;
* Conduct non-destructive testing on components and equipment, generating analysis reports in case of anomalies;
* Diagnose and overhaul internal combustion engines;
* Install high-cost components;
* Provide technical support to colleagues, leveraging experience to train and qualify the team;
* Analyze failures, propose, and implement deviation-blocking actions and improvements;
* Test and adjust electro-electronic circuits, replacing components when necessary;
Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance;
* Conduct pressure and flow tests on hydraulic systems;
* Possess thorough knowledge of NRs (Brazilian Regulatory Norms) applicable to the maintenance production process;
* Ensure occupational safety and health in compliance with NRs and internal standards;
* Demonstrate proficiency in reading and interpreting manuals;
* Interpret electro-electronic diagrams;
* Install and repair transmission and final drive systems;
* Dispose of parts, components, fluids, and lubricants in accordance with environmental regulations;
* Perform maintenance on air conditioning systems;
* Verify operational conditions of hydraulic components;
* Conduct pressure and flow tests on equipment hydraulic systems;
* Test and adjust electro-electronic circuits, replacing components when necessary;
* Issue purchase requisitions;
* Maintain hydraulic pumps and controls;
* Consult equipment manuals for safety recommendations;
* Complete service orders clearly and coherently;
* Maintain workplace quality, cleanliness, and organization;
* Maintain a courteous and respectful work environment;
* Verify proper operation of the transmission system;
* Replace fluids as required;
* Analyze types of fluid contamination;
* Dismantle and assemble internal combustion engines;
* Identify high-risk tasks and request supervisor assistance;
* Repair hydraulic cylinders; inspect hydraulic systems;
* Inspect wear on rolling system components;
* Analyze wear plate characteristics;
* Verify equipment performance parameters;
Employment Type: Permanent CLT
Compensation: R$2.500,60 - R$4.723,97 per month
