We are seeking an **Environmental Technician** to oversee, implement, and maintain environmental processes within the company’s operations. This professional will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental legislation, supporting audits, monitoring environmental indicators, and proposing continuous improvements for environmental preservation. **Responsibilities** * Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable environmental legislation. * Manage environmental licenses and track renewal deadlines. * Conduct field environmental inspections (e.g., waste, effluents, atmospheric emissions, noise, among others). * Monitor environmental indicators and prepare technical reports. * Support internal and external audits. * Assist in waste management activities, selective collection, and proper disposal. * Manage and provide guidance on chemical product storage. * Deliver environmental awareness training and campaigns. * Provide support to Occupational Safety and Operations departments as needed. **Requirements** * Completed Technical Course in Environmental Science. * Knowledge of environmental legislation. * Prior experience in the field (minimum 1 year). * Ability to prepare reports and maintain records.
