Job Description: The Environmental Analyst is responsible for conducting activities related to the plant’s environmental management, ensuring compliance with environmental legislation and regulatory conditions, as well as maintaining required licenses and registrations. The role includes performing internal and external inspections and audits, preparing technical and regulatory reports (e.g., RAPP, DMR, TCFA), monitoring performance indicators (KPIs), and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in environmental compliance. The analyst will collaborate with operational, maintenance, and occupational health and safety departments to promote environmental training and best practices. Ethical conduct, attention to detail, analytical ability, and clear, assertive communication skills are expected, along with proactivity and organizational capability to manage both technical and administrative demands of the area. Responsibilities and Duties * Conduct routine environmental inspections, identify non-conformities, and propose corrective actions to ensure compliance with applicable standards and legislation. * Support regulatory process management and environmental licensing, ensuring operational regularity and compliance. * Monitor environmental indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and implement continuous improvement actions in processes. * Support internal and external audits by preparing and updating technical documents and reports with clarity and accuracy. * Promote environmental training and safety dialogues focused on environmental topics, reinforcing a sustainability culture. * Collaborate with production, maintenance, and safety teams to ensure safe and environmentally appropriate practices on the shop floor. * Utilize Microsoft Office tools for recordkeeping, reporting, and technical support of Safety and Sustainability routines. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, Biological Sciences, or related fields. * Proactivity, sense of responsibility, and attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively across different company departments. * Organizational skills and ability to execute standardized routines accurately. * Willingness to relocate and travel frequently. 2511290202181836051
