Specializing in the development of equipment and processes dedicated to environmental protection systems, Wtech is seeking a Production Assistant to work in Laguna. **Responsibilities:** * Install wiring, distribution panels, switches, outlets, and other electrical components, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards. * Identify faults and issues in electrical systems, perform necessary tests and repairs, and replace or adjust defective components such as circuit breakers, cables, fuses, etc. * Assist in the development of electrical projects by interpreting and applying electrical schematics to ensure installation efficiency and safety. * Conduct tests and measurements using instruments such as multimeters, ammeters, and megohmmeters to verify continuity, resistance, and proper operation of electrical systems. * Adhere to safety standards and technical regulations during installations and maintenance, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and implementing best practices to prevent accidents. * Read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams to support installation, maintenance, and repair of systems. * Perform adjustments and calibrations of electrical systems to optimize performance and energy efficiency according to company or client requirements. * Participate in preventive maintenance programs and propose improvements to electrical systems to enhance safety, reduce costs, and optimize energy consumption. * Document performed services, replaced parts, measurements, and test results in reports for internal control and maintenance history tracking. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education and/or completed technical training (e.g., Electromechanical Technician or related fields). * Prior experience in maintenance, installation, and repair of electrical systems, particularly in industrial or commercial environments. * Knowledge of electrical circuits, diagrams, and schematics, as well as practical understanding of installation and maintenance procedures. * Proficiency with electrical tools and measurement equipment, such as multimeters and clamp meters; ability to practically and efficiently resolve electrical problems. **We Offer:** * CAJU card for meals/snacks: R$600.00; * Transportation allowance; * Mobility assistance; * Life insurance; * Childcare assistance; * Day off; * Health plan (monthly premium covered by the company); * Dental plan; * Pharmacy benefits; * Attendance bonus: R$150.00; * Various celebrations: birthdays, themed months, internal marketing initiatives.
