The **Contract Manager** will be responsible for: * Ensuring the quality of services delivered under contracts assigned to them. * Conducting periodic visits to service sites. * Managing procurement of materials, tools, and supplies required at service sites (planned). * Holding meetings with direct reports and teams, and maintaining interface with clients. * Performing administrative tasks (timesheets, disciplinary actions, overtime allocation, etc.). * Conducting service quality assessments (operational checklists). * Managing technical and operational training needs for teams at service sites. * Ensuring compliance with contractual scopes. * Developing and implementing improvements to optimize activity and process execution. * Being accountable for the quality, reliability, and performance of resources, services, and information generated by tasks under their responsibility. * Knowing, applying, promoting, and suggesting norms and practices related to occupational safety and environmental preservation; participating in organizational programs aimed at eliminating conditions that may pose risks of workplace accidents or environmental degradation. * Safeguarding organizational assets by requesting maintenance, repair, and/or replacement as needed. * Supporting their immediate supervisor on matters inherent to their area of responsibility, reporting problems and irregularities to assist in defining procedures and actions to be adopted. * Maintaining hygiene and organization standards at their workstation. * Reporting and alerting to critical or imminent danger situations within their area of responsibility, enabling immediate corrective action by SSMA to prevent accidents and protect organizational assets. * Staying updated on technological advancements relevant to their department to foster professional development, knowledge sharing, suggestions for equipment and process improvements, and contribute to continuous improvement.
