





Description: Administrative Nurse - Concórdia Unit Salary: R$5,105.85 + benefits Schedule: Monday to Thursday 07:00 to 17:00 / Friday 07:00 to 16:00 Requirements: Nursing degree / Knowledge of PMAE (More Access to Specialists Program) from the Federal Government, especially regarding Integrated Care Offers (OCIs). Desirable (an advantage for the candidate, does not prevent hiring): Experience and/or specialization in Patient Navigation. The Administrative Nurse of the General Outpatient Clinics and Oncology Outpatient Clinic is the Immediate Leader of the Administrative Team, ensuring standardization and quality of processes and acting as liaison with the coordination of the departments. · Act as Technical Reference Nurse for the General Outpatient Clinic, being responsible for the performance and compliance with good practices by the technical team of the department; * Act as Immediate Leadership of the Administrative team in outpatient clinics (General and Oncological); * Establish, together with the Clinical Staff, follow-up protocols for Clinical and Surgical Specialties covered in the outpatient clinics of Fundação Hospitalar São Francisco de Assis; * Identify and solve barriers related to patient access, communication, and adherence to care in outpatient clinics; * Prepare periodic monitoring reports and present administrative process results to the coordination; * Report process deviations and propose improvements; * Promote continuous education and ongoing improvement of the administrative team regarding their activities; * Facilitate communication between clinical teams, management, and external entities (Health Departments, Regulation, etc.) regarding outpatient administrative processes; * Participate in trainings, technical meetings, and update events promoted by management bodies; * Ensure patient follow-up by performing safe intra- and extra-hospital referral; * Establish patient follow-up workflows and routines; * Ensure timely patient care according to the protocol established by the specialty; * Work with patients, families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team professionals involved in care, providing treatment-related information and facilitating communication among them, identifying and eliminating barriers that hinder care processes; * Work in accordance with the nursing professionals' code of ethics; * Provide comprehensive patient care, viewing the human being as a whole, without any form of discrimination; * Comply with SCIH guidelines for prevention and control of hospital infections; * Participate in training and staff development programs, particularly continuing education programs; * Comply and ensure compliance with NR-32 regulations, aiming to minimize health risks for the nursing team; * Keep the department organized, ensuring its maintenance and reporting any issues to coordination; * Collaborate in the PGRSS program; * Conduct/participate in analyses of incidents related to the department such as: NCR (Non-Conformity Report), Adverse Event, and customer complaints reported in Gesthos Web, incident modules; * Manage scheduling of appointments and exams for monitored patients; * Be available to attend patients and companions during specific hours of the day; * Be available to the administrative team to clarify doubts; * Comply and ensure compliance with process map agreements; * Conduct training for administrative teams according to the department's Annual Training Plan (PAT); * Conduct and deliver training to the department team; * Monitor and ensure compliance with Risk Management for the Administrative Team, promoting continuous improvement actions; * Open and close medical appointment schedules for consultations together with the Secretariat; * Open and close, together with the Secretariat, oncological consultation medical schedules via SIGRAH; * Perform weekly schedule control, avoiding overbooking beyond agreed limits with each professional; * Maintain constant communication with other department leaders to ensure alignment of technical and operational team activities. * Interact with support departments to improve processes, such as: Exam Department, Laboratory, Billing, Surgical Block, Inpatient Unit, Hygiene, Multidisciplinary Team, and other departments sharing common processes; * Ensure compliance with Patient Safety Protocols by the Administrative and Nursing Technical Team, for which they are Immediate Leadership; * Create work schedules for the team under their immediate leadership; * Monthly create the outpatient medical service schedule, validating it with Coordination, ensuring correct allocation of clinics; * Issue service orders to support departments when necessary; * Ensure constant organization and identification of consultation rooms; * Monitor processes for authorization, release, and re-registration of oncological treatments; * Monitor and report to coordination activities related to the administrative team, of which they are Immediate Leadership; * Request office supplies to maintain smooth operations and control department expenses; * Monitor implementation of patient flow adjustments, ensuring proper regulation; * Monitor patient attendance and absence records through the system; * Monitor patient follow-up until completion of treatment (Elective and Oncological); * Check and respond to emails daily; * Use only validated forms for performing activities; * Perform patient interventions according to defined care plans; * Comply with institutional rules, protocols, routines, and regulations; * Participate in internal meetings and training, aiming at interdisciplinary patient care and updating quality procedures; * Observe safety, environmental control, and other internal regulations and/or legislation relevant to their activities; * Perform validation and creation of departmental documents; * Perform other similar tasks as described above at the manager's discretion; Manage and monitor governance of the sectors under responsibility through Training Management, Cost and Budget Management, People Management, Results Management, Team Development Management, Sector Risk Management, and Quality Performance Management. 2511210202471882599
