Join this community! **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Conduct technical inspections on vehicles, facilities, and other operational assets, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and contractual requirements; * Record evidence and non-conformities in corporate systems, ensuring full traceability of information; * Monitor operational alerts and track corrective and preventive maintenance activities; validate performance indicators, monthly measurements, and operational data—contributing to information reliability and decision-making; * Oversee supplier and field team activities, verifying documentation, technical requirements, and regulatory compliance; * Support audits, continuous improvement routines, and gemba processes, promoting adherence to operational standards; * Perform administrative tasks related to operations—including SAP maintenance order management, preparation of technical reports, data analysis, and support during operational contingencies; * Serve internal clients and manage incident resolution; * Manage materials and inventory—including procurement, follow-up, and ensuring resource availability for operations. **For this position, we expect you to have:** * Education: Technical degree in Building Construction and/or Electromechanics and/or Mining and/or Logistics and/or Safety and/or related fields; * Valid Driver’s License Category B; * Experience in operational inspections and field audits; * Knowledge of ERP systems; * Familiarity with 5S, safety routines, PCM processes, and operational best practices; * Preferred: Knowledge or experience with ISO 14001: Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
