




**Description** **On a daily basis, your challenges at Grouper will include:** \- Providing customer support via telephone and/or other channels; \- Monitoring and recording support interactions via tickets; \- Installing, updating, and configuring the company’s ERP systems; \- Installing and configuring SQL databases (basic level); \- Building customer relationships to ensure satisfaction. **We expect you to have:** \- Strong verbal and written communication skills; \- Organizational skills and proactivity; \- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams; \- Basic knowledge of computer networks; \- Intermediate knowledge of SQL Server; \- Passion for challenges; \- Technical or higher education degree in a technology-related field; \- Experience in customer service/support via remote connection, telephone, or other support channels; \- Experience supporting software will be considered a significant advantage; \- Demonstrated sense of responsibility regarding deadlines, quality, and issue resolution. **Not required, but would impress us greatly:** \- Knowledge of Active Directory; \- Basic knowledge of Windows Server administration and maintenance; \- Knowledge of automation tools and scripting.
