Responsibilities: Design infrastructure, storage, and disaster recovery solutions. Work on analysis and troubleshooting of the environment at layer N2/N3. Lead incident and critical problem resolution within the infrastructure environment. Manage on-premises and public cloud data centers. Create and maintain automations for daily demands from N1 and N2 teams. Ensure compliance with security rules and standards, updates, and disaster recovery testing. Evaluate and propose improvements in infrastructure monitoring. Actively participate in researching new technologies, seeking knowledge updates and adopting improvements into service infrastructure. Review and lead potential delivery process improvements together with the Governance team. Work on IT incident and problem management. Lead performance analysis forums, identify and monitor action plans. Have experience in high-availability, mission-critical environments. Have experience in 24x7 critical environments. Prerequisites: Advanced knowledge in Virtualization. Advanced knowledge in architecture, implementation, troubleshooting, and migration of VMware environments. Experience in host activation and configuration of policies according to best practices. Ability to troubleshoot main features and performance issues, and conduct disaster recovery tests. Strong understanding of infrastructure concepts such as storage (RAID, SAN, NAS, Object Storage networks), protocols (Fibre Channel, NFS, iSCSI, etc). Proficiency in server administration, virtualization, storage, and backup. Knowledge of ITIL (desirable). Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields. Intermediate English level (desirable). VMware certification (desirable).
