Here, you will be responsible for analyzing customer satisfaction surveys, ensuring data reliability, and transforming information into strategic insights. The focus will be on metrics such as NPS (Net Promoter Score) and TGW (Things Gone Wrong), supporting decisions that directly impact customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include: * Processing and analyzing satisfaction survey data (NPS and TGW), including data cleaning, consolidation, and categorization. * Identifying patterns, deviations, root causes, and improvement opportunities based on customer feedback. * Ensuring data quality and integrity prior to use in reports and presentations. * Creating simple dashboards in Excel to monitor key metrics (NPS, TGW, complaint indices). * Developing executive presentations in PowerPoint, translating technical data into clear, strategic messages. * Continuously monitoring satisfaction KPIs, updating and distributing periodic reports. * Automating processes to optimize workflows and reduce manual tasks. * Supporting maintenance of Power BI dashboards and performing basic SQL queries (preferred qualifications). **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields * Intermediate/Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, COUNTIFS, logical and statistical functions * PowerPoint: ability to create clear, visually effective executive presentations * Basic knowledge of Power BI and SQL * Advanced English proficiency for participation in meetings **Additional Information** * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * Work hours: 40 hours per week * Work model: Hybrid – Betim/MG **What We Offer** * Fixed salary * Benefits: Health insurance, Dental insurance, Life insurance, Flexible meal/food allowance, TotalPass, and partnerships with educational institutions This position is open to applications from people with disabilities or those rehabilitated by INSS.
