Construtora Sudoeste has been awarded by FAPEMIG with an economic subsidy grant for the execution of the project \"ALDEA \- Smart condominium management and optimization platform\" and is currently conducting an open selection process for researchers in the technology field and related areas. The project aims to develop a digital platform named \"ALDEA\" whose main objective is transforming residential condominiums into smart condominiums through IoT and AI. The solution will be used by residents, investors, and landlords, aiming to create an integrated ecosystem from building construction, leasing, living, to resale of units—providing a comprehensive 360-degree view across the entire real estate chain. It is an important management tool for the real estate development sector based on the new concept of \"Society 5\.0\". The \"ALDEA\" platform will enable residents to interact with a digital concierge that uses artificial intelligence to recognize residents throughout their experience: from reception via facial recognition to daily services, thereby creating a database of service and space usage within the condominium. The entire process will be humanized using voice synthesis (text to speech), establishing deeper connections at reduced costs. Beyond space reservations, service hiring, receiving alerts and messages, visitor access authorization, payment and accounting for condominium fees, and others such as rental management, the digital concierge will serve as the primary interaction point. **What will be your role?** * Develop and maintain IoT architectures for integration of sensors, devices, and platforms. * Configure communication protocols (MQTT, CoAP, HTTP) and manage connectivity. * Implement solutions for collecting, processing, and analyzing data from IoT devices. * Ensure security and compliance in IoT networks, including encryption and authentication. * Monitor performance and availability of connected devices. * Support industrial automation projects, smart buildings, and connected solutions. * Document processes and establish standards for integrating new devices. * Other activities related to the position. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in IT, Electronics, or related fields; * Professional experience in the field. **Desirable experiences:** * Experience with IoT Protocols (MQTT, CoAP, OPC\-UA), Programming (Python, C/C\+\+, Node.js), IoT Platforms (AWS IoT, Azure IoT Hub), Networks and security (VPN, TLS, authentication) is desirable. * IoT or Cloud certifications, knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to IoT, and experience in the construction industry are preferred.
