Job Description: * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of TCP/IP networking; configuration and dynamic protocols; FTTH access networks; * Knowledge of MPLS, OSPF, VLAN, and QoS; solutions for attack identification and mitigation; VoIP, Wi-Fi, RADIUS, and DNS. * Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network equipment to ensure secure and efficient operation; * Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues, minimizing service impact; * Document and report incidents, identifying root causes and proposing action plans for improvements; * Ensure full operation of Blink’s data network by performing logical configuration changes to maintain its availability and integrity; * Plan and execute projects for network infrastructure expansion, modification, and enhancement; * Train CGR team members, promoting technical development within the team; * Perform specific network configurations to support differentiated services for other departments and customized corporate contracts; * Monitor and analyze network component performance, proactively preventing issues such as slowdowns and system crashes; * Manage all network technical documentation, keeping it updated based on implemented changes; * Plan and implement network improvement, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities that directly impact services; * Ensure rapid and efficient restoration of network-related services; * Generate technical reports on incidents, network performance, root causes, and corrective measures. 2512010202191636504
