Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or ticketing system. 2. Open, classify, and track tickets, ensuring information is accurate and detailed to facilitate proper triage and problem resolution. 3. Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (workstations, peripherals, servers) and software issues (operating systems, applications, and corporate tools). 4. Perform tests, verifications, and preventive maintenance on equipment and applications. 5.
