Compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 **Junior Legal Analyst** **Area:** Legal and Regulatory Compliance **Position Summary** Support the company's legal activities, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, including monitoring obligations arising from the Concession Contract and operational interaction with the Minas Gerais State Lottery (LEMG), mitigation of legal risks, and support to internal departments, thereby contributing to the legal security of operations. **Main Responsibilities** **Concession Contract Management (Submission of IR Documentation to LEMG)** * Gather all required documentation, including: winner’s personal documents, payment receipt, DARF form, DARF payment confirmation, and signed forms (e.g., asset increase, ticket retention, among others) * Verify that all requested documents are present and legible * If any document is missing, request it from the responsible department * Consolidate all files into a single PDF document * Rename the file according to the established standard (LEMG) * Submit the documentation accompanied by an official letter, respecting separation by draw * Record the submission in the corresponding control spreadsheet **Concession Contract Management** * Management of draw minutes (collect documentation, register in SEI, record in the protocol spreadsheet, and save the minute in the department folder) * Management of official letters **Contracts** * Review and make contracts available for signature * Monitor the entire signature collection process * Forward duly signed contracts to the responsible department * Archive contracts in network folders according to the established standard * Enter the document into the Qualisys system **AON and Marketing Plan (MKT)** * Receive these documents monthly from the Marketing department * Formalize submission via official letter * Convert files to PDF format (when received in Excel) * Register documents in SEI and save them in the folder **Payment Request** * Manage requests and payments related to the department **Compliance, Quality, and Governance** * Comply with the Quality Management System guidelines (ISO 9001\), Information Security practices (ISO 27001\), Responsible Gaming policies, and the organization’s internal standards * Ensure contracts and institutional obligations comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements **Requirements** **Education** **Minimum:** * Undergraduate degree in Law (in progress) **Desirable:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Law **Experience** **Minimum:** * Experience drafting and analyzing contracts * Experience in a corporate environment **Desirable:** * Experience with administrative and commercial contracts in general * Experience interacting with governmental agencies * Experience managing institutional contractual obligations **Specific Knowledge** **Minimum:** * Legal writing * Monitoring of contract deadlines and obligations * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency **Desirable:** * Contract and Corporate Law * Legal writing * Monitoring of contract deadlines and obligations **Competencies** **General** * Customer focus * Inspire and engage * Ethical conduct * Results orientation * Collaboration * Quality and efficiency **Specific** * Clarity and organization * Strategic thinking * Responsibility and autonomy * Assertive communication * Innovation and continuous improvement * Decision-making
