**Job Description** We are looking for an IT Analyst to join our team, responsible for providing first-level technical support to LG Lugar de Gente employees, ensuring the availability of technology resources, resolving low- and medium-complexity incidents, and contributing to the company’s operational efficiency. **Day-to-day responsibilities:** Provide first-level technical support to internal employees via helpdesk tickets, in-person assistance, and remote support. Perform initial diagnostics, troubleshoot issues, and properly document all support interactions in the ticketing system. Carry out physical computer maintenance, including cleaning, replacement of simple components, and hardware testing. Format, configure, and reinstall company-standard operating systems and software. Support corporate applications and productivity tools such as Outlook, Teams, and the Office suite. Install and configure new equipment, peripherals, and devices. Ensure compliance with IT operational procedures, maintaining security standards and best practices. **Requirements** Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields (from the 3rd semester onward). Basic knowledge of computer assembly and maintenance. Fundamental understanding of networking, Windows operating systems, and remote support tools. Strong communication skills and clarity when interacting with end users. Punctuality, organization, and accountability in fulfilling assigned tasks.
