Advantages * Knowledge and hands-on experience with Active Directory, firewalls, BitDefender, CCTV, Microsoft servers, and structured cabling. * Providing help desk support—both on-site and remotely—to all subsidiaries; * Configuring computers, services, and network infrastructure; * Creating new user accounts for newly hired employees of GRUPO SA; * Responding to service requests from group subsidiaries according to incidents received via the GLPI system; * Drafting proposals for new IT infrastructure projects aimed at new installations; * Evaluating new equipment for procurement to meet improvement needs of requesting departments; * Configuring all software applications used by GRUPO SA employees; * Conducting inventory and tracking of all IT department purchase orders and expense reporting; * Assessing, entering, and releasing all IT department purchase orders in the Protheus system; * Serving as the liaison with other business units to map problems, identify solution opportunities, and manage technology services; * Staying up-to-date with technological advancements in the field to continuously improve company performance; * Delivering services as required by supervisors, immediate managers, and the executive board. 2512080202191910386
