Description: * Bachelor's degree completed in: Information Systems, Computer Networks, Systems Analysis, Information Technology Management or related fields; * Practical experience with security solutions such as: Firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS, WAF, Antivirus/Antimalware, Password Vault, DLP, Digital Certificates, and vulnerability analysis tools and patch management; * Experience in infrastructure and application security assessments, vulnerability identification, and remediation follow-up; * Familiarity with security processes and frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, OWASP, and operational best practices (ITIL / COBIT). Work Model: * CLT, Hybrid for the Belo Horizonte region. Other locations are 100% Remote. * Workload: 44 hours per week, Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 18:00 and Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. * Security and Service Continuity: Act on the protection and availability of IT services by monitoring, analyzing alerts, and implementing security controls, contributing to risk reduction and maintaining a stable and reliable environment; * Security Policies and Procedures: Support the creation, updating, and enforcement of Information Security policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring adherence to best practices and internal requirements, maintaining alignment with established standards; * Compliance and Access Monitoring: Conduct access, permission, and system usage audits, assess deviations, and assist in correcting non-conformities, reinforcing confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information; * Incident Response: Perform security incident response activities (investigation, containment, mitigation, logging, and lessons learned) based on SOC alerts, monitoring tools, pentests, and internal requests; * Operational Vulnerability Management: Lead vulnerability assessments on infrastructure and applications, track action plans with responsible teams, and validate implemented fixes, aiming to reduce exposure to threats; * Solution and Vendor Monitoring: Monitor contracted security tools and services, evaluate performance, operational indicators, and service levels, providing improvement recommendations; * Best Practices and Technical Support: Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and support teams in implementing controls, promoting secure practices, and supporting technical risk analysis. 2511220202461883742
