Act as an HR partner in technological solutions Position: HR Process Improvement Analyst We are looking for an HR Data Analyst with strong analytical skills, process orientation, and passion for transforming data into strategic decisions. The HR function is undergoing rapid evolution, with a strong emphasis on digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement—and you will be the key player in this transformation. Main Responsibilities: Analyze and structure HR data (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, performance indicators, etc.); Optimize and automate Excel spreadsheets (the company currently relies heavily on manual controls); Develop and maintain managerial dashboards in Power BI; Support HR process improvement projects, reducing paper usage and rework; Create reports and metrics to support decision-making; Work with automation tools (Power Automate or similar); Act as an HR partner, translating business needs into technological solutions. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields; Advanced Excel experience (pivot tables, formulas); Power BI experience (data modeling and dashboard development); Experience applying data analysis to Human Resources; Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in process automation; Knowledge of SQL; Experience in HR digitalization projects; Experience working in environments with large volumes of data and manual controls. **Competitive salary and benefits package** Meal Voucher Health Insurance Dental Insurance Education Benefit Program SESC Membership Gympass Attendance Incentive Program Transportation Voucher Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
