Proficiency in APIs/SDKs, integration, networking, and security. Familiarity with cloud (IaaS/PaaS), edge/mobile (Android/USB/BT), on-premises, and hybrid environments. Experience with international technology providers and relationships with channels and integrators. Desirable: Practical knowledge of biometric image quality (NFIQ), Presentation Attack Detection (PAD)/Liveness, matching (1:1, 1:N), latency, and fault tolerance. Familiarity with public procurement processes (RFPs). International work experience and/or experience with globally operating companies. * Conduct technical trainings and workshops (labs/demos) * Develop partner certification paths and integration kits (SDKs/APIs/samples). * Produce reference architectures (on-premises/cloud/edge), solution briefs, and best practices guides. * Support partners during discovery, RFP/RFI, solution design, technical proposal, and demonstrations. * Lead and/or coordinate PoCs/Pilots (scope, success criteria, metrics) and handover to delivery/support teams. * Design integrations with customer systems and partner technology stacks. * Ensure adherence to standards and best practices: security/privacy (LGPD/GDPR), cryptography, observability, resilience. * Contribute to compliance with standards and interoperability: ISO/IEC 29794, ISO/IEC 19794 (biometric formats), NFIQ (quality), MOSIP/OSIA, ICAO 9303. * Consolidate field feedback (partners/customers) and prioritize with Product/Engineering: SDK/API usability, matching performance, liveness/PAD, latency requirements, and offline capabilities. 2512060202191756137
