We are looking for a Content Analyst passionate about content creation and with a sharp eye for optimization and performance analysis to join our Metha Energia Marketing team. The Analyst will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies aligned with our values, producing materials connected to our powerful and restless digital identity. **Responsibilities:** * **Produce diverse content:** Create and manage content for blog, website, social media, email marketing, videos, and other relevant creative assets; * **Develop and implement content strategies:** Build strategies aligned with Metha's goals to drive growth and engagement; * **Manage editorial calendar:** Plan and organize an editorial calendar to ensure consistency and quality of content across all platforms; * **SEO:** Implement SEO practices to improve online visibility and increase organic traffic; * **Analyze content performance:** Use analytical tools to monitor content performance and adjust strategies for continuous optimization; * **Collaborate with teams:** Work closely with design, growth, and other internal teams to ensure synergistic and effective content creation. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in content creation and management across multiple platforms; * Experience with growth marketing strategies and content optimization. * Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, including persuasive copywriting; * Solid knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques; * Creativity and ability to generate fresh and original ideas; * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. **Advantages (Desirable)** * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields; * Knowledge of marketing automation tools; Metha Energia is committed to equal opportunities and values diversity in the workplace.
