Job Summary: We are seeking an expert in system integration, applied electronics, and communication protocols for validation and certification, serving as a technical reference in the field. Key Highlights: 1. Serving as a technical reference in the field and supporting the definition of standards. 2. Directly impacting the reliability and performance of telemetry solutions. 3. An environment offering autonomy, cutting-edge technologies, and professional growth. Thingable is a startup within the Concert Technologies Group that transforms data into intelligence to enhance the efficiency and safety of complex operations. With our proprietary platform and an approach combining engineering and cutting-edge technology, we develop solutions that integrate diverse systems and elevate our customers’ operational control and performance levels. We seek a candidate with solid experience in system integration, applied electronics, and communication protocols to work on the most critical stages of validation and certification—including testing, fault diagnosis, interface with development teams, and specialized technical support. This person will serve as the **field technical reference**, supporting the definition of installation standards and directly contributing to the continuous improvement of the reliability and performance of our solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct advanced integration tests between hardware, firmware, and the telemetry platform. * Diagnose and resolve electrical, communication, or configuration faults in equipment and machinery. * Plan and execute technical certifications in the field, ensuring data collection, logging, and performance validation. * Update and validate device firmware, generating technical evidence and structured reports. * Analyze CAN, RS485, and MQTT signals, identifying patterns, noise, and protocol inconsistencies. * Support the engineering and firmware teams with field-based technical feedback. * Standardize test, installation, and technical documentation procedures. * Train technicians and integrators on best practices for installation and diagnosis. * Serve as the technical reference for integration and commissioning projects with clients. **Technical Requirements:** * Completed Technical Education in **Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics**, or related fields (a Bachelor’s degree is a plus). * Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical and electronic schematics. * Practical experience in electrical measurements and diagnostics (oscilloscope, multimeter, power supplies, and instrumentation). * Solid knowledge of communication protocols: * CAN (frame analysis, filters, error diagnosis, logs). * RS232/RS485/Modbus (configuration and troubleshooting). * TCP/IP and MQTT (connectivity testing, publishing and subscriptions, QoS). * Experience with firmware recording and debugging (ST\-Link, bootloader, serial logs). * Ability to analyze technical data and logs (interpretation of firmware messages, MQTT traces, CAN frames). * Experience in certification of embedded electronic devices or heavy/off\-road machinery. * Knowledge of best practices for cabling, pinouts, and automotive/industrial harness layouts. Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, DNS, simple routing). **Desirable Qualifications:** * Experience with embedded systems, microcontrollers, and RTOS. * Experience in technical training and procedure standardization. * Technical English for reading documentation and communicating with suppliers. **Behavioral Profile:** * Critical analysis and problem-solving * Technical quality and precision in testing * Proactivity and autonomy in task execution * Collaboration and communication with firmware and engineering teams * Organization and standardization of technical processes * Focus on product reliability and final outcomes * Initiative and proactivity in both field and lab environments **Why Join Thingable?** Here, you won’t just install or test devices—you’ll build the technical foundation supporting the telemetry operations of hundreds of machines in the field. At Thingable, our team operates with autonomy, leverages cutting-edge technologies, and delivers direct impact on the product, within a collaborative, challenging environment offering real opportunities for technical and professional growth. Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Internet allowance * Partnerships and commercial discounts * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * Have you worked with telemetry or embedded equipment? * Do you have experience with testing and/or installations on heavy machinery? * Are you proficient in any of these protocols: CAN, RS485/Modbus, or MQTT? * Can you interpret electrical schematics and pinouts? * Have you performed firmware recording or updates? * Have you participated in field technical validations? * Are you available for short trips for testing purposes? * What is your expected salary?
