Job Summary: A professional responsible for developing and managing technical and visual projects, performing on-site measurements, providing technical assistance, and staying continuously updated on market trends. Continuous updates on products and market trends **Responsibilities:** **Project Development** * Develop technical and visual projects using the company's portfolio, prioritizing solutions that add value to the client; * Collaborate with the sales team from the outset of the process, understanding the briefing, budgeting, and objectives; * Suggest improvements and adjustments to projects to enhance functionality, aesthetics, technical feasibility, and cost control; * Propose complementary solutions to strengthen the commercial proposal; * Conduct technical reviews prior to final validation with the client. **Measurements and Technical Assistance** * Perform on-site measurements for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compatibility with the design; * Interpret architectural and engineering drawings, images, and technical documents; * Validate the technical feasibility of projects in accordance with standards and specifications; * Support the assembly team with technical guidance and organized documentation; * Carry out technical adjustments as needed for technical assistance requests. **Project and Documentation Management** * Enter and track orders and projects in the management system; * Organize and maintain up-to-date technical folders and documents; * Ensure integrity and timely updates of information for ongoing projects. **Technical Updates** * Stay updated on products, solutions, and market trends; * Monitor competitors and identify improvement opportunities; * Attend training sessions and technical meetings; * Ensure alignment with the company’s commercial guidelines and positioning strategy. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (mandatory); * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Product Design, Engineering, or related fields is desirable; * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical projects; * Experience in corporate furniture or custom-made projects is desirable. **Competencies:** **Technical** * Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; * Familiarity with Promob and ability to read technical drawings; * Capability to develop feasible and functional solutions; * Precision in measurements and technical interpretation; * File and project organization and management skills. **Behavioral** * Attention to detail; * Clear communication with technical and sales teams; * Proactivity and commitment to continuous improvement; * Organization, responsibility, and results orientation; * Teamwork and active listening. **Advantages:** * Experience in corporate furniture projects; * Exposure to premium environments or working with architects and specifiers.
