




Job Summary: Professional responsible for developing, updating, and controlling engineering, construction, and environmental licensing schedules, integrating information and participating in critical analyses. Continuous improvement of planning processes * Develop, update, and control engineering, construction, and environmental licensing schedules using planning tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and complementary analyses; * Integrate information from various project-related areas, including environmental licensing, CAPEX, constructability, procurement, governance, and internal and contracted engineering teams; * Actively participate in project performance meetings, contributing critical analyses, deviation diagnostics, and corrective action recommendations; * Generate monthly physical and financial progress reports, comparing planned versus actual performance and highlighting impacts on schedule and cost; * Conduct scenario simulations, critical path analyses, and risk assessments related to scope, schedule, and baseline; * Facilitate alignment among designers, contractors, and internal departments, promoting clear, fluid, and collaborative communication; * Support project change management by documenting impacts and updating integrated controls; * Contribute to continuous improvement of planning and project management processes by proposing solutions and standardizations.
