Organized, detail-oriented profile with strong communication skills JOB: CORPORATE LEGALIZATION ASSISTANT / ANALYST Belo Horizonte \- MG Job Description: Responsible for corporate legalization processes for the company and its clients with public agencies. Activities include company registrations, modifications, and cancellations; issuance of operating permits, licenses, and certificates. Main Responsibilities: \- Company registrations, modifications, and closures at the Commercial Registry (Junta Comercial), Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal), and Municipal Prefecture \- Issuance and renewal of operating permits, health permits, fire department permits, and environmental licenses \- Obtaining federal, state, and municipal negative certificates \- Registration regularization with agencies such as ANVISA, MAPA, Sefaz, and Health Surveillance \- Monitoring procedures at public agencies and notary offices \- Tracking document and license deadlines \- Supporting compliance with ancillary obligations related to corporate legalization Requirements: \- Completed high school education. Technical courses in Accounting, Administration, or Law are desirable \- Experience in corporate legalization routines, corporate departments, or accounting firms \- Knowledge of the Commercial Registry (Junta Comercial), REDESIM, Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal), Municipal Prefectures, and regulatory agencies \- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office \- Organized, detail-oriented profile with strong communication skills Compensation: R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: Hybrid remote work for Belo Horizonte, MG
