Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for inspecting and maintaining cleanliness and operational conditions of facilities, performing minor repairs, and ensuring environmental safety and hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure the safety of people and property. 2. Perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs. 3. Supervise cleaning and hygiene of premises. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** \*\*\*\*\*\*ALL OUR POSITIONS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AND INSS-REHABILITATED INDIVIDUALS.\*\*\*\*\*\* Inspect cleaning requirements and elevator operating conditions whenever necessary; Perform "minor" repairs on electrical and plumbing systems, and request equipment repairs whenever necessary; Ensure hygiene of premises and facilities by supervising cleaning activities; Report irregularities or incidents occurring during work to the building manager or designated supervisor; Receive and distribute correspondence according to instructions from the immediate supervisor; Contact police, fire department, and hospital emergency services whenever necessary, in accordance with contractual guidelines governing the role; Monitor common areas to ensure safety of people and property, identify persons and vehicles, and conduct periodic inspections of building facilities to maintain peace and discipline; Receive and verify various materials, assisting in their storage per instructions from the immediate supervisor and safety regulations; Perform related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor, based on competencies. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** MINIMUM EDUCATION: Completed Elementary School.
