Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance routines on hydrosanitary systems, monitoring reservoirs and artesian wells, and supporting the department. Support in the pursuit of continuous process improvement We have an opportunity to work in the position of \[ **job title** ], during the working hours of \[ **working hours** ], in the department \[ **department name** ]. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform routine preventive inspections of water reservoirs to prevent water shortages and waste, as well as ensure full functionality of restrooms in the new wing, avoiding unplanned interruptions. Carry out corrective maintenance on internal and external building hydrosanitary networks, covering cold and hot water systems, sanitary sewage, and stormwater drainage. This includes demolition of masonry and flooring to perform necessary repairs. Monitor artesian wells daily and conduct regular checks of sanitizer concentration, maintaining chlorine levels as required. Unclog sewage networks and inspection chambers (PVs), as well as clean grease traps. Maintain installations by replacing or repairing parts and/or components—such as pipes, valves, fittings, fixtures, insulating coatings, and others—to ensure optimal operational condition. Supervise third-party cleaning of water tanks, ensuring compliance with established hygiene and safety standards. Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on pressurized drinking fountains, including replacement of water filters and spouts when necessary. Periodically replace filter elements in Cuno-type water filters.
