Job Summary: Develop complete executive fire prevention and suppression projects, perform equipment sizing, and coordinate project approvals with regulatory authorities. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination of approvals with the Fire Department * Develop complete executive fire prevention and suppression projects, including hydrant systems, sprinklers, detection and alarm systems, emergency lighting and signage, among others. * Perform sizing and specification of equipment and materials in accordance with regulatory requirements and project specifications. * Develop detailed technical drawings (layouts, sections, construction details, isometric diagrams) using software such as AutoCAD and/or Revit. * Prepare documentation required for project approval by the Fire Department and other competent authorities, including issuance of Technical Responsibility Record (ART). * Conduct site visits and field surveys to collect data and verify existing conditions. * Monitor the project approval process, implementing adjustments and corrections requested by regulatory authorities. * Collaborate with the engineering team and other departments to ensure integration and compatibility of fire suppression projects with other construction disciplines.
