Join us too! **Opportunity:** Internal Maintenance Coordinator **Summary of Responsibilities:** * + Plan, organize, and supervise internal fleet maintenance services (trucks, trailers, equipment); * + Ensure compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance plans according to schedule and performance indicators. * + Manage the technical team (mechanics, electricians, tire technicians, etc.). * + Monitor the use of parts, tools, and consumables to optimize resources and prevent waste. * + Track performance indicators (km per failure, MTBF, MTTR, fleet availability, etc.). * + Conduct failure analysis and prevent rework. * + Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and operations departments to align priorities and ensure fleet efficiency. * + Participate in continuous improvement and innovation projects for maintenance.
