Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for team management, maintenance planning, technical standards, and electrical safety, with solid experience in industrial environments. Proficiency in technical and regulatory standards Must master team management, maintenance planning, technical standards, and electrical safety, as well as possess solid experience in industrial environments. **Essential Technical Knowledge** * **Management of preventive, predictive, and corrective electrical maintenance** for industrial equipment. * **Knowledge of medium- and low-voltage systems**, substations, motors, inverters, PLCs, and control panels. * **Reading and interpretation of electrical diagrams and single-line schematics.** * Proficiency in **technical and regulatory standards**, such as NR-10, NR-12, NR-35, and ISO 50001. * Familiarity with **maintenance management systems (e.g., SAP PM)** and performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR). * **Coordination of technical teams** * , assigning tasks and monitoring results. * Planning of maintenance shutdowns and management of third-party contracts. * **Budget management and cost control** for the electrical department. * Ability to make **quick and effective decisions** in critical situations.
