Therefore, we actively support the hiring of professionals with disabilities (PCDs), value diversity, and consider all profiles equally for opportunities—regardless of color, race, sexual orientation, age, or ethnic origin.*** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Register new suppliers in the corporate system, ensuring compliance with internal policies and compliance requirements; * Support supplier qualification and approval processes, including document verification and coordination with internal and external departments; * Ensure integrity, organization, and up-to-date status of the supplier database, maintaining complete, auditable, and traceable records; * Support administrative activities within the department, such as control maintenance, document organization, spreadsheet updates, and data management; * Contribute to preparing reports, KPIs, and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools; * Provide support to internal clients by clarifying questions and guiding them through registration and approval processes; * Support procurement of low-complexity materials, collaborating with the Supply Chain team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); * Preferred: Advanced English proficiency; * Knowledge of Power BI is considered a plus; * Prior internship experience at a mining company is considered a plus. **Additional Information** Benefits: Health insurance \- Bradesco Saúde; Dental insurance \- Bradesco Dental; Life insurance; Meal/voucher allowance; Gympass; Conexa Saúde.
