Thermographic inspections and O&M routine **Responsibilities** * Perform high-complexity maintenance; * Conduct equipment inspections; * Perform thermographic inspections; * Prepare field activity reports; * Assist in developing the on-call schedule; * Guide auxiliary and maintenance staff; * Monitor and manage work orders (WOs) via system; * Liaise with the operations center; * Perform switching operations according to received instructions; * Supervise subcontracted companies, as required; * Perform other related duties. **Requirements** * Technical education (e.g., electrical engineering technician, electromechanical technician, or related fields); * Valid CFT certification; * Immediate availability to start; * Willingness to travel; * Valid driver's license (CNH) required; * Knowledge of EqM is a plus; * Familiarity with O\&M routine. Minimum Education: Technical Course Driver's License Requirement: Class B
