Sofa Donation

Description

Brown retractable sofa, over 15 years old, but of high quality—still in very good condition, with a robust frame and a branded design. Condition: Fabric—90% OK (no tears, only wear due to age); Frame—50% (seats are fine, but it becomes slightly unstable when extended). * This sofa was originally a four-seater; the other half is not with me, so it has only one armrest. Note: Please bring assistance for carrying—the sofa is extremely heavy and cannot fit in the elevator. There are four flights of stairs.
