The role involves managing a robust structure, including an internal sales team and collaboration with strategic partners, as well as integration with the marketing department. The professional will have direct interface with executive leadership, operating closely with frontline activities and bearing high accountability for results. We seek a leader with strong field presence, capable of combining efficient management with close engagement with the sales team, driving results and ensuring continuous operational improvement. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead commercial operations, including in-house brokers and managers, as well as partner channels * Integrate marketing and sales strategies to ensure generation and conversion of qualified leads * Define and execute commercial strategies aligned with business growth * Work closely with the field team, developing, training, and monitoring team performance * Actively participate in commercial initiatives and industry events * Establish processes, routines, and performance metrics * Develop and strengthen commercial partnerships ### **Technical Requirements** * Proven experience in commercial leadership within the real estate sector * Strong capability in managing and developing sales teams * Hands-on profile with active presence in day-to-day operations * Communication, influence, and engagement skills * Experience with hybrid sales models (in-house team + partners) * Balance between strategic vision and operational execution ### **Behavioral Profile** .
