Recording of interactions and forwarding of requests **E-commerce Customer Service Representative – Temporary (2 months) – Belo Horizonte/MG** We are hiring a communicative, organized, and agile individual to strengthen our customer support team during the year-end period, guaranteeing a positive and welcoming experience for our customers across Brazil. Your responsibilities will include: * Providing customer support via WhatsApp, phone calls, and chat, delivering prompt and courteous assistance. * Clarifying inquiries regarding orders, delivery timelines, shipping methods, and returns/exchanges. * Creating and tracking post-sales tickets, keeping customers consistently informed. * Forwarding specific requests to respective departments (Logistics, Sales, Finance). * Monitoring order status until completion. * Recording all interactions in the company’s internal system. What we’re looking for: * Strong verbal and written communication skills, empathy, and patience in customer service. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and agility. * Ability to handle stressful situations and solve problems effectively. * Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Web, email, and spreadsheets. Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory): * Prior experience in e-commerce or customer service. * Familiarity with platforms such as Mercado Livre, Shopee, Shopify, Magento, Sankhya, or similar. What we offer: * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy. * Meal allowance. * Salary ranging from R$2,000.00 to R$2,500.00.
