Job Summary: A professional responsible for assessing, planning, and executing preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment and HVAC&R systems, aiming for continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct overall assessment and planning of maintenance plans 2. Develop maintenance projects, cost estimates, and work schedules 3. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment and HVAC&R systems * **Job Description:** Conduct overall assessment of maintenance requirements by studying project documents and examining equipment characteristics to determine the optimal work plan; Consult with other specialists such as engineers, exchanging information regarding the work to be performed to jointly decide on technical and aesthetic requirements related to maintenance and services; Develop maintenance service projects specifying types and quality of required materials, equipment, and labor, and prepare cost estimates for Client review and approval; Prepare work schedules, drafting layouts, sketches, timelines, and other supporting documents as necessary to facilitate guidance and supervision of maintenance execution; Oversee maintenance activities as work progresses to ensure adherence to scheduled timelines and recommended quality and safety standards; Perform all routine preventive and corrective maintenance on existing mechanical equipment within buildings covered by the contract, as well as installation of HVAC&R equipment and systems; Conduct studies aimed at improving service execution efficiency, guiding supervisors toward greater effectiveness and excellence; * **Requirements:** Completed technical course in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, Electrotechnology, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields. * **Benefits:** Basic Food Allowance (VA); Christmas Basket; Breakfast + Afternoon Snack.
