Software Developer (Junior or Mid-level) – Generalist Profile

Job Summary: We are seeking a generalist developer to collaborate across all stages of digital solution development—from requirements analysis through development and testing. Key Highlights: 1. An environment that values continuous learning and autonomy We are looking for a generalist developer capable of collaborating across all stages of digital solution creation: from requirements analysis, through prototyping, to development and testing. You will contribute to a product involving: * A \*\*robust API\*\* built with \*\*Laravel and Node.js\*\*; * A \*\*web portal\*\* maintained using \*\*Laravel, CodeIgniter, Node.js, and React\*\*. If you enjoy participating from idea conception through delivery—and easily navigate between technical and business domains—this role is for you. \*\*Responsibilities\*\* * Participate in requirements analysis and alignment with internal stakeholders; * Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications; * Integrate systems and RESTful APIs; * Review code and contribute to engineering best practices; * Support user acceptance testing and delivery validation; * Participate in agile ceremonies (sprints, reviews, retrospectives, etc.); * Pursue continuous learning and propose technical and functional improvements. \*\*Requirements\*\* * \*\*Education:\*\* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (e.g., Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science) — completed or in progress; * \*\*Experience:\*\* as a software developer; * \*\*Required technical knowledge:\*\* * Web development with \*\*PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter)\*\* and/or \*\*Node.js\*\*; * Front-end development with \*\*React\*\* and \*\*jQuery\*\*; * Designing and consuming \*\*RESTful APIs\*\*; * Relational databases, especially \*\*MySQL\*\*; * Version control with \*\*Git\*\*; * Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); * Strong communication skills and autonomy to raise questions and propose solutions. \*\*Nice-to-have (not mandatory)\*\* * Messaging experience (e.g., RabbitMQ); * Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker); * Cloud experience (AWS or similar); * Basic understanding of information security and secure development. \*\*What We Value\*\* * Strong communication and collaboration within the team; * Analytical mindset and commitment to deliverables; * Flexibility to work across diverse technologies; * Focus on user experience and product vision; * Eagerness to learn, teach, and grow alongside the team.
