Law degree with active OAB registration; Postgraduate degree in Real Estate Law and Civil Procedure; **Senior experience in Real Estate Law:** lawsuits against construction companies, contract rescissions, possession, ownership, auctions, adjudications, mortgage enforcement, construction defects, civil liability, leasing, condominium disputes, and document analysis; **Excellent legal writing skills:** drafting complex initial pleadings, defenses, appeals, motions, objections, and legal memoranda; organizing evidence and chronologies of facts; Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; Proficiency with technology, Bitrix CRM, digital processes, and AI tools will be considered a plus. **Expected behavioral profile:** professional demonstrating leadership, firm, mature and technical demeanor, attention to detail, organization, and proactivity; capable of assuming responsibility for complex cases and focused on solutions. Must possess strong communication skills, ability to clearly explain legal matters to lay clients, confidence in decision-making, capacity to work autonomously—meeting deadlines without micromanagement—and excellent legal writing skills. Immediate availability required. **Responsibilities:** Handling real estate litigation, including drafting complex initial pleadings, defenses, counterclaims, appeals (motions, appeals, objections, memoranda), challenges, diverse legal submissions, technical opinions, expert examination instructions and strategies, as well as enforcement-of-judgment filings. Will define the strategic approach for each case, identifying risks and opportunities, suggesting evidence, assessing the viability of claims, advising partners on operational decisions, monitoring deadlines, organizing the legal calendar, preparing reports, and keeping systems updated. Will conduct intake screening for new cases, analyze documents, define legal strategy, advise active clients, clarify doubts, request documentation, support business development efforts, and participate in technical meetings—all with clear and assertive communication to convey confidence and professionalism. Will also be responsible for operational organization and internal management, including deadline tracking for self and team, standardization of legal writing, document organization, reviewing filings drafted by interns or assistants, maintaining high technical standards, ensuring consistency in legal arguments, proposing workflow improvements, creating standardized filing templates, updating case law databases, conducting strategic legal research, maintaining the technical repository, daily alignment with partners, performance meetings, goal planning, and ethical, courteous communication with clients, experts, attorneys, notaries, and registrars. **Minimum Educational Requirement:** Postgraduate degree – Specialization/MBA Performance-based incentive plan
