





**Selection Process for the General Hospital of Guaianases.** **Job Details** * Benefits: Transportation allowance (VT), meal voucher (VA), and on-site meals * 220 hours/month * Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM * Monday to Friday **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. * Certificate of completion of a Lato Sensu postgraduate program (Specialization or Residency) in Radiology Nursing; Diagnostic Imaging Nursing; Radiotherapy Nursing; Hemodynamics Nursing; or Emergency and Critical Care Nursing. * Minimum of 6 months’ professional experience in the field. * MBA or Lato Sensu postgraduate program in Health Management or Hospital Management—currently enrolled or completed. * Must not have participated in any selection processes within the last 6 months. **Responsibilities:** * Fulfill employment contract obligations, adhering to institutional policies, guidelines, and protocols. * Coordinate work processes with area leadership to discuss decisions and align actions. * Participate in developing and implementing action plans aimed at improving clinical care and education within the nursing team’s scope of practice. * Participate in annual planning—including vacation scheduling, training programs, and shift assignments—and execute required actions. * Lead nursing teams by welcoming, guiding, supervising, evaluating, and investing in their technical development and alignment with organizational culture. * Enter information into systems to ensure accessibility and consultation by all teams, supporting clinical decision-making and continuity of care. * Receive and hand over shifts together with the team, at the scheduled time, wearing proper uniform and with the presence of the outgoing nurse. * Plan, perform, document, evaluate, and improve clinical procedures, reinforcing analysis and decision-making with multidisciplinary teams. * Monitor and ensure periodic occupational health examinations for team members, and manage absenteeism, turnover, occupational illness, and workplace accident indicators—analyzing strategies jointly with support staff and supervisors. * Maintain technically sound, clear, objective, and courteous communication with patients, families, multidisciplinary teams, students, and other institutional staff—free from harassment, moral injury, or disrespect toward diversity—thereby strengthening the Humanization Policy. * Keep management informed about relevant events and incidents occurring within the unit, conveying information accurately. * Review nursing care documentation prepared by Junior and Staff Nurses, as well as Nursing Technicians and Assistants. * Ensure annual performance evaluations for team members and participation in the Institutional Climate Survey. * Support coordination in developing, implementing, and ensuring compliance with the strategic plan and goal-setting plan for the health area, aligned with institutional guidelines, to achieve optimal results. * Monitor performance indicators, promote discussions, and assist in implementing continuous improvement processes. * Serve as an educator, multiplier, and facilitator in the professional development of Nursing Assistants, Nursing Technicians, Junior and Staff Nurses; and act as mediator among patients, multidisciplinary teams, volunteers, partners, and service providers. * Participate in and support institutional teaching and research activities. * Participate in educational activities conducted at HGG. * Address all other work process demands in accordance with institutional policies, protocols, manuals, regulations, and bylaws. **ATTENTION: No financial charges or payment requests will be made via PIX, bank slip, or any other method.
