Originating in the **United Arab Emirates**, founded in **1959**, dnata operates in **35 countries**, across **6 continents**, with over **51,000 employees**, serving **174 airports** and **347 clients worldwide**. **Here, we value people, invest in talent, and build careers.** We are looking for a **Senior HR Analyst** to join the **HR Department** in **Recife/PE.** **Responsibilities and Duties** Candidates must possess experience in HR routines, preferably within large-scale enterprises (5,000+ employees) and organizations with decentralized branch structures nationwide. Some of the expected experiences and competencies include: * Performing payroll calculations, vacation payments, severance settlements, 13th salary, and other employer-mandated payments to employees; * Knowledge of issuing statutory contributions related to payroll (e.g., Social Security, Digital FGTS), operating public regulatory systems; * Organizing documentation and files to comply with current legislation and internal company policies for audits and inspections; * Serving as the primary point of contact for employees regarding labor rights, inquiries, and complaints; * Managing administrative processes involved in hiring and termination (e.g., registering new employees in ERP systems, handling labor court proceedings, etc.); * Submitting statutory obligations such as DCTF and Digital FGTS; * Monitoring hiring processes and other HR/HR department routines; * Monitoring labor proceedings; * Managing occupational health examinations under PCMSO, Regulatory Standards (Ordinance No. 3214/78), Labor Law, and Social Security legislation; * Scheduling supplementary medical exams at accredited clinics; receiving, registering, and tracking medical certificates; preparing monthly reports; * Mapping and monitoring ASOs, INSS leave cases, workplace accidents, and company-accredited clinics; * Supporting health and workplace well-being initiatives and campaigns; * Tracking performance indicators; * Delivering training sessions when required. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proficiency in SENIOR system; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * **English (preferred).** **Additional Information** Salary: R$5,237.51 Working Hours: Monday–Thursday: 08:00–17:30; Friday: 08:00–17:00. Meal Voucher: R$37.19 (per working day), with a 20% deduction applied per PAT regulations. Food Allowance: up to R$544.67 (monthly), with a 20% deduction applied per PAT regulations.
