If you have experience in the field, passion for technology, and are ready to tackle real challenges with autonomy, innovation, and impact, we'd love to meet you! * CLT employment contract * Hybrid model (3x2\), at Vila da Serra/MG or Morumbi/SP * Flexible business hours * Competitive market-aligned compensation \+ amazing benefits! **What you will do:** * Structure the Software Quality area, including documentation of processes, workflows, metrics, and quality indicators; * Plan, execute, and monitor functional and non-functional tests, ensuring technical and business quality of systems; * Implement and maintain test automation processes integrated into the development pipeline (CI/CD); * Define and track QA metrics (defects, test coverage, fix time, regressions, etc.); * Collaborate with Product, Development, and Agile teams to ensure alignment on requirements and acceptance criteria; * Coordinate and guide up to two QA analysts, promoting the dissemination of best practices and a quality culture; * Participate in agile ceremonies (SCRUM) and contribute to the prioritization and refinement of user stories from a quality perspective; * Promote continuous improvement of testing processes, documentation, and quality monitoring. **What you need to have:** * Completed degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields; * Desired: postgraduate degree or certifications in Software Quality, Agile Testing, and Cloud. **Desired Profile:** * Proven experience in QA, functional and non-functional testing, test automation, and QA metrics; * Experience working in agile environments (SCRUM/KANBAN) and using management tools such as Jira; * Desirable prior experience implementing QA processes and/or coordinating quality teams; * Experience interacting with multidisciplinary teams (Product, Development, and Agility); * Technical and hands-on ability to define QA strategies, tools, and processes, as well as propose continuous improvements in the development flow. **Soft Skills:** * Problem-solving for complex issues; * Critical and creative thinking; * Negotiation, judgment, and decision-making. **What we offer:** * Bradesco health insurance (extended to dependents); * Porto Seguro dental insurance (extended to dependents); * Caju card worth R$40.00, flexible for meal or food expenses—you choose!
