We now have an opening for candidates willing to learn how to work with new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, engage in direct communication with executives and decision-makers, conduct process analysis, and operate in high-performance environments. **Please read the entire job description carefully before applying!** You will work at the Performance \& AI Hub of in8 Holding, where the following responsibilities will be carried out: * Assist in process analysis, identifying opportunities and seeking effective solutions. * Build *Workflows* in our IPASS (N8N) platform and develop AI agents. * Assist in integrating systems used across in8 Holding, connect them with AI agents, monitor agent functionality, and adjust as needed. * Help identify issues and implement interventions to resolve them. * Build administrative and alert *Dashboards*. * Monitor alerts and escalate to the responsible team when necessary. **To qualify, you must meet the following requirements and qualifications:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analysis, or related fields. * Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and assertively, ensuring goals and deadlines are met. * Organization: Ability to maintain organized processes, document consistently, and structure tasks effectively. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with Jira Software, Google Workspace, RD Station, Mautic, Google or Facebook Analytics, N8N, Google Looker Studio, and databases. **What We Offer:** * Internship position; * A company experiencing rapid growth, enabling mutual development; * Transportation allowance (VT); * Stipend: R$1\.500,00; **Work Schedule and Format:** This is an on-site role, Monday through Friday, 6 hours per day with a 15-minute lunch break.
