Then, \#JoinSenacMinas too! **Important** For information about Senac Minas selection processes, visit our careers page: https://trabalheconoscosenacmg.gupy.io/ *This opportunity is open to persons with disabilities (PwD) and individuals rehabilitated by INSS, in alignment with our values of inclusion and diversity.* **Responsibilities and Duties** **As a Warehouse Administrative Assistant, your main challenges will be:** * Inspecting materials for distribution by comparing purchase orders, invoices, and physical quantities; * Managing warehouse assets in accordance with internal policies and procedures; * Analyzing inventory levels and identifying restocking needs; * Issuing purchase requisitions to replenish stock; * Verifying invoices, supplier authorizations, and entering products into the system; * Receiving goods, verifying expiration dates, quantities, and product specifications; * Properly organizing and storing materials in the warehouse; * Controlling and recording documentation related to goods receipt; * Supporting logistics and transportation of supplies, equipment, and materials between units; * Registering materials in the system with accurate descriptions and classifications; * Monitoring product shelf life and proactively communicating upcoming expirations; * Using warehouse and inventory management systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We are looking for someone with:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in warehousing/stock control and internal/external customer service. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * An ongoing undergraduate degree; * General knowledge of materials, storage, and product handling; * Basic understanding of inventory organization, control, and preservation; * Familiarity with warehouse and internal logistics processes; * Knowledge of shelf-life control and proper storage practices; * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and related systems. **Work Location and Schedule:** * Belo Horizonte/MG (on-site) * Monday to Friday (with availability to work on Saturdays and evenings for events), from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM\. **Additional Information** **What we offer our employees:** * CLT employment contract; * Market-competitive salary; * Transportation allowance; * Meal or food allowance; * Snack allowance; * Birthday day off; * Medical and dental plans; * SESC membership; * Childcare assistance — subject to internal benefits policy rules; * Private pension plan; * Group life insurance; * Funeral assistance; * Performance bonus (after 6 months of employment); * Course fee exemption for Senac courses (after 3 months of employment). **Have you ever imagined transforming thousands of lives through your work?** That’s exactly what we do at Senac Minas!
