Responsibilities: * Develop, integrate, and manage clinical information systems related to transplants, high-complexity surgeries, ECMO, and VAD. * Create and maintain structured databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL). * Utilize data management and BI software (REDCap, Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel, Python/R for statistical analysis). * Ensure security, integrity, and standardization of clinical data collected by the team. * Support interoperability between hospital systems (TASY, MV, Epic or similar) and research databases. * Provide reports, dashboards, and outcome indicators to support decision-making by medical and administrative leadership.
