




Job Summary: Analyst responsible for analyzing and preparing real estate documentation, managing notarial procedures, and liaising with public agencies. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze and prepare complex real estate documentation 2. Manage notarial procedures and monitor deadlines 3. Serve as the liaison with notary offices and public agencies **Responsibilities:** * Analyze property registrations, records, annotations, and certificates; * Request, track, and manage notarial documentation; * Draft, review, and organize drafts of public deeds (e.g., purchase and sale, donation, exchange, assignment of rights, usufruct, among others); * Prepare and validate documentation required for the execution and registration of deeds; * Verify technical data from site plans, descriptive memoranda, and ART/RRT documents in coordination with the surveying team; * Monitor processes related to area correction, subdivision, consolidation, and unification of properties; * Serve as the liaison with Real Estate Registry Offices, Notary Public Offices, and public agencies; * Monitor deadlines, filing procedures, and notarial requirements, ensuring timely document remediation; * Organize real estate files and maintain updated records. \- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
