Amazon Brazil values Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) across all roles, and therefore intentionally fosters an internal environment that reflects the diversity of the markets we serve and the customers we support. In Brazil, we’ve established a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee composed of representatives from various departments and job levels, recognizing that this agenda requires diverse perspectives and multifaceted lived experiences. Our leadership is engaged and increasingly understands its role in promoting and practicing our Leadership Principles—with the goal of becoming “the best place to work in the world.” We recognize our responsibility and the need for change, and remain mindful that “Success and growth bring great responsibilities.” Our affinity groups are formed by volunteers from different business units and actively help shape DEI strategies. Additionally, they serve as ambassadors for this agenda and will support you from Day 1.
