





Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of **HR Analyst (Support)** to join our team: **Main activities and responsibilities:** * Handling inbound calls from the Latin America contact center, serving as the first point of contact for inquiries related to HR Administration (such as Time and Attendance Management, Employee Data Administration, Leave Management, and Payroll, etc.); * Managing tickets through the HR Helpdesk platform (such as ServiceNow) within defined SLAs; * Processing and validating changes in HR systems (such as SuccessFactors), ensuring data accuracy; * Assisting employees with self\-service tools and guiding them through HR processes; * Resolving discrepancies in collaboration with payroll teams; * Documenting cases and solutions in detail for audit and compliance purposes; * Identifying recurring issues and proposing process improvements; * Ensuring compliance with Latin American labor laws and company policies. **Required Qualifications:** * Experience in HR Administration; * Experience in HR technical support, managing HR transactions and payroll\-related inquiries; * Experience with HR systems and tools, such as SuccessFactors, ADP, etc., and ticket management platforms, such as ServiceNow; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook); * Intermediate Spanish. **Work Model:** On\-site 3 times per week (at the Nova Lima/MG office) **Schedule:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM **Additional information:** **Type of work:** CLT, Flexible hours. **Benefits package:** Transport vouchers, meal vouchers, childcare assistance, life insurance, funeral assistance, medical and dental insurance. **Career:** Global work on national and international clients and/or projects, possibility of international career movement.
