**About the position:** The Insurance Claims Adjuster will be responsible for conducting technical analyses of reported incidents, ensuring accurate damage assessment, adherence to internal processes, and delivery of a clear, agile, and effective customer experience. The professional will play a pivotal role in decision-making regarding coverage, appropriate process routing, and technical support to involved departments. Responsibilities: * Analyze, investigate, and adjust insurance claims in accordance with internal guidelines, coverage policies, and submitted documentation; * Contact policyholders, third parties, repair shops, and other involved parties to collect necessary information for case resolution; * Prepare technical reports, opinions, and coverage validations; * Evaluate estimates, expert reports, photos, and documents submitted by repair shops or partners; * Identify inconsistencies and request additional information when required; * Monitor legal and internal deadlines, ensuring timely progress and completion of cases within SLA requirements; * Provide technical support to the team on matters related to damage assessment, incident dynamics, cost estimation, and procedural guidance; * Record all actions in the system according to operational standards; * Contribute to continuous process improvement by proposing adjustments and best practices; * Collaborate effectively with other departments, including Policy Issuance, Fast Track, Authorized Repair Shops, Customer Service, and Finance; * Maintain a courteous, transparent, and professional demeanor in all interactions. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in insurance claims adjustment, analysis, or technical support; * Knowledge of collision dynamics, damage analysis, and automotive cost estimation; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Analytical mindset and sound decision-making ability; * Organizational skills and proficiency in deadline management. **Preferred qualifications:** * Familiarity with insurance company systems / automotive management platforms; * Basic understanding of automotive mechanics and bodywork; * Ability to handle high-volume workloads.
