Job Description We are seeking a courteous, friendly, and committed professional to work as a Waiter/Waitress on our team. The professional will be responsible for ensuring courteous and efficient customer service, guaranteeing an enjoyable experience throughout the entire service. Responsibilities: · Greet and guide customers in a polite and courteous manner; * Organize and clear utensils and cutlery from tables; * Present the menu, provide information, and answer questions about dishes and beverages; * Record orders and forward them accurately to the relevant departments; * Serve food and beverages carefully, promptly, and with attention to detail; * Monitor customer satisfaction throughout the service; Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and harmonious service **Requirements:** * **Previous experience in customer service at food establishments (preferred);** * **Strong communication skills, friendliness, and ability to work well in a team;** * **Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.** Benefits offered: Health insurance plan (50% covered by the company, with co-payment); Dental insurance plan (100% covered by the company); Transportation voucher or fuel allowance; Life insurance (at no cost); On-site meals; Pharmacy card.
