Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring collections and deliveries, tracking trips, deadlines, and incidents to ensure operational processes and communication among departments. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor collections and deliveries, ensuring deadlines and taking preventive action. 2. Handle incidents occurring during transit. 3. Ensure compliance with collection and delivery processes and deadlines. Responsible for monitoring collections and deliveries, tracking trips, deadlines, and incidents to ensure adherence to operational processes, inter-departmental communication, and proper trip completion. * Monitor collections, tracking operations from scheduling through actual execution. * Monitor deliveries, ensuring compliance with agreed deadlines and taking preventive action against deviations. * Request and verify shipping documentation, ensuring documents are accurate and available for operations. * Handle incidents occurring during transit, coordinating with operations, drivers, and support departments for resolution and impact mitigation. * Finalize trip manifests, ensuring information is complete and consistent with executed operations. * Ensure compliance with collection and delivery processes and deadlines, maintaining operations within established standards. * Maintain up-to-date records of trips and incidents, ensuring traceability and supporting management.
